The Samsung Galaxy Tab has been making waves in the early adopter community. It might not be the first tablet to run Google’s mobile operating system, Android, but it definitely the most significant one coming from an industry giant like Samsung. Now that there have been a few videos of the Tab in action as well as some initial reviews, I don’t think anyone denies the fact the Tab is an impressive device on all fronts. What seems to be the debate is iPad or Tab.

Working as Community Manager for a company with millions of users is not a simple task. You need to walk the fine line of being overly professional and therefore boring, and on the flip side, too personal and amateurish. Richard keeps his audience interested and displays a high level of professionalism in his work.
Mio Moov S505: A GPS I Would Have Liked to Love
It’s been well over two months since I was asked to review my latest acquisition, the S505 navigation system from Mio. Things came up and I just didn’t get around to it until now, and it’s a good thing too, because had I written this review after a couple of days of driving along my usual routes and around my home town, I would have churned out just one more raving review of this product to add to the hundreds already out there on the web.
Sean Percival, VP Marketing of MySpace Talks about Web, iPad, Photoshop, and Cleaning Toilets
In the name of full transparency, I am just going to say that I am not a big music guy and I am therefore not a heavy MySpace user. Having said that, I connected with Sean on Twitter without even knowing who he was and only after a few conversations, I checked out his bio. Suffice to say, I was pretty surprised at how such a down-to-earth kind of guy can be playing such a central role on the Web. Sean is great and you will probably agree after reading his answers.
Ten Crucial Features Missing from the New Twitter
I Just got the new Twitter and there is really no question that it is a huge improvement over the old one. Having said that, the comparison to the old Twitter is irrelevant, that is not what it is here to compete with. The new Twitter can and should only be compared to Twitter clients such as Tweetdeck and Seesmic. Since I am a huge Tweetdeck fan, I am going to talk about the experience the new Twitter provides as compared to that of Tweetdeck.
HTC Desire Z Packs it All in and Then Some (VIDEO)
I do not dedicate a new post to every Android phone that is announced, that would be pretty difficult. However, some phones are just that good, and they deserve a special mention. I had a few minutes to play with a Samsung Galaxy S last night and was blown away. The phone really impressed me on all levels, hardware and software. My only thought after using the Galaxy S was, “What else could they possibly come up with?”
A Great Ad for the Electric Nissan Leaf (VIDEO)
There are some ads that use state of the art technology to create an interactive video online. We have seen quite a few examples of this, the last one being the Tipp-Ex ad. Then there are some ads that are just plain awesome and they have absolutely no bells and whistles at all.
How The New Twitter Will Change Tweeting Forever
Not sure if you heard yet but Twitter invited pretty much every single blogger (well almost) to their headquarters yesterday for an announcement. There was a lot of speculation about what they were going to announce, but I don’t think anyone hit the jackpot.
Gary Vaynerchuk on Social Media, Hustling, and the NY Jets
If you are not familiar with Gary Vaynerchuk, you must not spend too much time on the social Web. He is the guy who is the answer to all the people or companies that are skeptical about the returns of social media. Where do I start?
Why the iPad Will Never Replace a Newspaper
Even with Flipboard and other apps that provide a magazine or newspaper experience on the iPad, there are just some things that can only be accomplished with an old fashioned hard copy newspaper. Watch this ad for the Newsday iPad app and you will understand what I mean.
An Absolutely Brilliant YouTube Campaign by Tipp-Ex
With some bad language and some volume issues, this is up there with the most brilliant YouTube campaigns I have ever seen. It is a campaign for a brand of white-out called Tipp-Ex and brings Web internet video interactivity to a whole new level.
